- ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas: Using a microwave-safe plate, microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds to soften and make them easier to roll.
- Spread marinara sauce: Lay the warmed tortilla flat and spoon a thin, even layer of marinara sauce over the entire surface.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the marinara sauce layer.
- Season: Sprinkle dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder evenly on top of the cheese.
- Roll sides inward: Fold the two opposite sides of the tortilla inward to contain the filling.
- Roll top and bottom: Then roll the tortilla from the top and bottom edges to form a tight roll.
- Air fry: Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 6 minutes, or until the rolls are crispy and golden.
- Slice and serve: Remove from the air fryer and slice each roll evenly into 4 pieces using a serrated knife. Serve with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
