- 1 package cream cheese, full fat, 8 oz package
- 2-3 cups melted chocolate, white or semisweet
- ¼ cup additional Oreos, crushed for topping
Instructions
- Crush Oreos: Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
- Mix with Cream Cheese: Add the cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and pulse until well combined into a smooth mixture.
- Shape the Truffles: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Chill the Balls: Place the rolled balls on a cookie tray lined with wax paper or parchment paper and chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up.
- Dip in Chocolate: Remove the chilled balls from the freezer and dip each ball in melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Add Topping: Place the dipped balls back on the lined cookie tray and optionally toss some additional crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
