Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 220C/430F and place the oven tray inside to heat up thoroughly. This helps the flatbread base crisp up nicely during baking.

Warm gently in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or on the stove just until simmering, then stir and allow to cool so the chili flavor infuses the honey well. Adjust heat level by adding more chili flakes or hot sauce if desired.
- Assemble Pizzas: Spread each garlic flatbread evenly with pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, jalapeños, and olives as desired. Place a few pieces of mozzarella over the pepperoni to prevent curling during baking.
- Bake: Remove the hot tray from the oven and place the assembled pizzas onto it. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly charred and cheese is golden and bubbly.
