Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Lightly grease a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) pan with butter and set it aside for later.
- Melt Butter: Place the butter in a large pot and melt it over low heat until fully melted.
- Add Marshmallows and Vanilla: Once the butter is melted, add the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract to the pot. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and combined.
- Combine Cereal: Remove the pot from heat and immediately add the Lucky Charms cereal. Gently stir until all the cereal pieces are evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press into Pan: Quickly spread the cereal mixture evenly into the prepared greased pan. Press gently to ensure the mixture is compacted, but avoid packing it too tightly to keep the treats light and chewy.
- Cool: Allow the cereal treats to cool completely at room temperature to set properly.
- Add White Chocolate Drizzle (Optional): If desired, melt the chopped white chocolate in the microwave by heating in 20-second intervals, stirring well each time. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cooled treats for an extra layer of sweetness.
