Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Measure 1 cup of your chosen milk, peel the banana, and gather 2 cups of frozen berries for blending.
- Blend mixture: Place the milk, banana, berries, and 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener into a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more milk to reach your desired smoothie texture and stir halfway through blending.
- Taste and adjust sweetness: Taste the smoothie and add additional sweetener or honey if you prefer it sweeter, blending again briefly to mix.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with cookie crumbles. This recipe makes one large or two small servings.
Notes
- You can use any type of milk based on preference or dietary needs, such as regular milk, fat free milk, or nondairy options like almond milk.
- Frozen berries are preferred for thickness, but fresh berries can be used if frozen for 2 hours prior to blending.
- For added protein, include a scoop of your favorite protein powder when blending.
